A complete
line of machines to permit coating of a wide variety of
products on plastic films and paper, and lamination with
adhesives of different nature. This type of machines are
available in reel to reel version, with the models
"Selenia", and in retrofit stations for the installation
in line with converting machines, with the models
"Silis".
A fundamental
feature of these machines is the extremely precise tension
control of the substrates processed, operated individually in
the necessary sections, which permit an ideal control of the
substrates especially when laminated.
These machines
are available with different kind of winding section, single
axis and twin axis, with manual or automatic flying splice,
and for different reels diameters.
Different levels
of controls are also available on request, including
centralized control systems for immediate set up viewing,
working conditions, quality control, job data repeatability,
auto-diagnostic systems, and remote link for on-line
service.
