The independent cylinders type flexographic printing presses, reel-to-reel, are grouped in the series named “Stark”. This series of machines is divided into 3 different models, distinguished by different technical specifications such as: maximum printing width and speed.

The model “Stark 5” is designed for narrow and medium widths. The very simple design concept makes this machine the ideal approach to flexographic printing with a moderate investment.

The model “Stark 7” is designed for medium and wide widths. This machine is equipped with a transmission of very high mechanical precision, which offers reliable register maintenance within the possible limits of this type of machine, normally very critical on stack flexographic printing presses especially when processing plastic or extensible materials. The use of gear-boxes, with a 360 degree registering device, allows an extremely simple and fast registration during any production phase, covering any registration distance, thus permitting a remarkable reduction of the set up time and film waste.

The model “Stark 10” is designed similarly to the above model “Stark 7”, but with a heavier construction for printing wider widths.

On request, the models “Stark 7” and “Stark 10” can also be equipped with automatic deck positioning systems, in order to further reduce machine’s down time for the job changes.
