The application of this particular technology permits ideal working conditions with ecology in mind. The main feature which distinguishes this line of machine is the extreme operating simplicity and the precision of the adhesive transfer.
Coating system is characterized by multiple transfer rollers that permit extreme precision in dosing the adhesives and transfer it on the substrate. The sleeved transfer roller permits quick change system on the machine.

The tension control of the substrates processed is operated individually in the necessary sections, with the aim of obtaining an ideal control of the substrates especially when laminated. In this connection, vector AC drives provide superior tension control and reduce drastically maintenance.
