The series "MC/ED" and "MC/MD" offer the possibility of using different applications on the same machine. This line of machines is equipped with coating units supported by movable trolleys , in order to permit their quick replacement and the use of different type of coating applications. The coating units are supplied depending on the type of application requested, such as kiss roll type, direct rotogravure, multiple dosing rollers, semi-flexo, hot-melt, flexo etc., for the application of products solvent or water based, UV curable, acrylic or melted wax as well as 1 colour printing. Furthermore it is possible the application in register with pre-printed areas, on request, useful for spot coating of products like cold seal.

The drying systems are composed by modular sections, which permit the ideal composition of these machines in order to respect the specific requirements. The extreme efficiency of these systems, permit to reach high speeds respecting an ideal solvents evacuation.

The tension control of the substrates processed is operated individually in the necessary sections, with the aim of obtaining an ideal control of the substrates especially when laminated. In this connection, vector AC drives provide superior tension control and reduce drastically maintenance.

Safety is fundamental on these machines. Operational activities have been designed to ensure safe operating conditions.
