The printing unit of the “Juliette” line has been designed with particular compact feature, reducing all general dimensions specifically in order to facilitate the accessibility to all printing units.

The printing units can be equipped on request, with a sleeve replacement system, therefore leaving the heavy mandrels on the printing units. This system drastically reduces the handling of the traditional heavy rollers except when different sizes of mandrels are necessary to perform different repeats.

All the equipment and the components of the inking units which require frequent changes for cleaning operations and job changes, such as plate rollers or sleeve mandrels, anilox rollers, ink trays, doctor blade applicator heads etc., are very easily replaced without the use of any special tool. These characteristics, combined with the standard automation used on this machine, allow extreme easy of handling and operations.
